Registration desk is located at Foyer (Level – 1) of the congress venue.

Exhibition Area
The Exhibition Area is located at Level – 1 of the congress venue and it can be accessed exclusively from the concourse.

Saturday 21 June from 08:30 to 12:00
Exhibitors are allowed to access the Exhibition Area from 07:30.
Congress participants are allowed to access the Exhibition Area from 08:30.
Derma Village
Located at Foyer (Level -1), next to the Entrance & Registration Area. In this area you can find Scientific Associations & Medical Congresses.

ICD2025 ePoster Area
The posters will be displayed on high-resolution LCD monitors, located at the Concourse (Level -1) of the congress venue, and they will be available for consultation as follows:

Speakers’ Preview Room
Located in the area of the scientific sessions’ rooms. It is open to assist presenters of Congress Scientific Program, Free Communications sessions, Sister Societies & ancillary Group Meetings.
Please, ensure you provide the final version of your presentation a minimum two (2) hours prior to your scheduled presentation times.

Opening Press Conference
The opening press conference will take place on 18 June in the Mezzanine 5 room, located on the Mezzanine Level, at 11:45 – 12:30.

Attire
Business casual attire is appropriate. Room temperature can vary in session rooms. We encourage attendees to dress in layers for their personal comfort.
Child Policy
The Congress does not provide childcare. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to access in the whole congress venue, Welcome Reception, and Networking dinner.
Certificate Of Attendance
Congress attendance certificates can be downloaded online, by accessing your User Area, 10 days after the end of the event.
An email will be sent to inform all participants of the correct procedure.
Language
The official language of the Congress is English. No simultaneous translation is available.
Time Zone
CET (Central European Time) applies throughout Italy. From early autumn to late winter, standard time applies, corresponding to the time zone UTC+1, one hour ahead of Greenwich Mean Time.
At the beginning of spring, Italy enters daylight saving time: the clocks move forward by one hour (UTC+2 time zone), to enjoy more sunlight in the late afternoon-evening.
