Each participant receives a badge with the participant’s surname and first name and a barcode or QR code. The code can be used to access all the data on this form via software available to the ICD 2025 Organizing Secretariat.

Each participant must consider that by accepting the scanning of the badge at any Congress or Symposium stand, he/she authorises the ICD 2025 Organizing Secretariat to transfer the participant’s data relating to his/her name, surname, country, and e-mail to the holder of the stand (usually a pharmaceutical company), including the authorisation to use this data for purposes such as the promotion of pharmaceutical products and the like.

  • It must state the full name and date of birth of the applicant;

  • Invalid proof of status cannot be accepted: the decision of the ICD will be final, and the registration fee will be automatically upgraded to the full fee for Non-Members;
  • Once the online pre-registration period for the Congress has closed, participants who still wish to register as residents/students/nurses will need to bring their Proof of Status on-site in order to benefit from the reduced fee.

Special requests

Name changes

Name changes can be requested by e-mail from the registration holder to the Registration Department (icd2025registration@thetriumph.com). Each name change will cost EUR 50.00 including VAT.

  • Name changes are only possible during the pre-registration period. Therefore, no name change requests will be accepted on site.
  • Name changes may only be made between delegates belonging to the same registration category.
  • Participants belonging to different registration categories who make a name change will not be entitled to a refund if the fee paid by the old delegate is higher than the fee of the new participant (e.g., ISD Members instead of ISD Non-Members. This will apply to any registration category).
  • Participants replacing delegates registered with a lower registration fee are required to pay the difference between their registration fees (e.g., Non-ISD Members replacing ISD Members).

Badge reprinting

A charge of EUR 50.00 incl. VAT will be made on site for the reprinting of forgotten/lost/stolen badges.

Groups

  • Before the deadline, Group Administrators may change the distribution of purchased tickets: no name change fee will be charged if such a change is processed individually online.
  • After the deadline, tickets already distributed cannot be redistributed by the Group Administrator. For any changes, please contact icd2025registration@thetriumph.com.

Important Notes

  • Participants who submit and pay their registration fees incorrectly will not be entitled to a refund. For example, participants who register as ISD Non-members and (at a later stage) become ISD Members are not entitled to a refund of the difference between the two fees. Nor if, although they are active ISD Members, they create a new profile and register as Non-ISD Members. This will also apply to third parties/group administrators who process their delegate registration incorrectly.
  • Invalid membership status cannot be accepted: the team will check its validity. In the event of an invalid declaration, the membership fee will automatically be upgraded to the full Non-Member fee.

These general terms and conditions are to be regarded as the legal basis for all registrations. Verbal agreements are not binding unless confirmed in writing.
